Natively, Office 2013 is designed to integrate seamlessly with cloud services, but unfortunately the only one supported is the SkyDrive service of Microsoft .
If you normally use other cloud services such as Dropbox or Google Drive is of course possible to browse local folders in dialogs 'Open' and 'Save As' but you can not use 'Add a location' (except for the two services Microsoft )
