How to play Nintendo DS games on PC......

HELLO GUYS AND GIRLS.....
I have been asked many a times about how to play Nintendo DS games on PC as well as laptops....
So after some research I finally discovered something known as DeSmuME .......
And according to its reviews , people have said that it's just very awesome to use....
Ok so it's pros are ,

1. Very hard to setup...

So roms are nothing but just files of games available on internet which you need to download from internet to play your games....

And yes Roms are generally ILLEGAL... (BE CAREFUL)
